Every March 18, a bite of delicious milanesa sandwich has a special taste. Since 2010 (Día del Sánguche de Milanesa), as a tribute to José Norberto Leguizamón (founder of the emblematic local "Chacho"), the province celebrates the date with hundreds of bars offering at a promotional price one of the most representative delicacies of Tucumán.

It is the most repeated question in the stalls, bars and sangucherías of San Miguel de Tucumán, when the sanguchero is about to close the bread with all the contents inside layers of milanesa, lettuce and tomato.
