Teacher's Day is a holiday to commemorate the people who make teaching their job. Thanks to them, who form generations with knowledge, a better future can be built. Although the date varies depending on the country, Teacher's Day is celebrated in Brazil this October 15.
The 'Dia do Professor' (in Brazilian), is celebrated every October 15 in commemoration of Emperor Pedro I, who signed a law in 1527 with the aim of creating schools of "first letters" in all cities, villages and popular places to educate the population.
