Plastics Artists' Day in Argentina

Every September 21, the work and works of plastic artists are celebrated (Día de los Artistas Plásticos). In addition to the arrival of spring and Student's Day, the figure of plastic artists is also celebrated every September 21. In all three cases, surely, there are some coincidences that have to do with change, growth, development and creativity, both in nature and in human activity. And, in relation to the artists, that is what is being celebrated.

The creation of worlds and realities, by the hand of the makers of plastic art, goes far beyond mere material existence. It is the artists who, through their works, compose and configure other times and spaces. From there, there is an attractive invitation to explore and reflect; to raise other perspectives; to think in other possible ways and, why not, to live in another way when the everyday world is not enough, does not convince or simply saturates and exhausts. In that case, what better than art to learn to look beyond.
