International Vet Nurse Day

International Vet Nurse Day is held on October 9. Held on the second Friday of October. This event in the first decade of the month October is annual.
We all know how essential Vet Nurses are to your business and to the veterinary industry in general. Vet Nurse Day is also a time for grateful pet owners and the wider community to say ‘thank you’ to their local vet nurses for who they are, and what they do best. It was started by the VNCA- Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia. The purpose of this day is to raise awareness about vet nurses and to recognize and appreciate their contributions. They play a very important role in taking care of our pets and we should be forever grateful for that!
