A week dedicated to bread and bakery which takes place every year around May 16, the day of Saint-Honoré, patron saint of bakers.
As a reminder, this festival was created in 1996 on the initiative of Jean-Pierre Raffarin, then Minister of SMEs, Trade and Crafts.
For several days, artisan bakers and sales staff will celebrate the values of the profession around events organized in towns and villages. This event allows the discovery of the profession, its traditions and its culture through the sharing of convivial and festive moments.
