Due to its long tradition, the Bergstrasse Wine Festival in southern Hesse is a magnet for wine lovers and a popular festival for all generations.
At the largest wine festival in southern Hesse, winegrowers serve their high-quality wines from the sun-drenched Hessian Bergstrasse.
Program items: The grand opening ceremony, the Winzerfest parade on the first Sunday with elaborately decorated floats, bands and folklore groups, the traditional "theme days" with the Day of Businesses, the Day of Youth, the Day of Clubs, the Day of Bensheimers and their guests, the Sunday open for business on the second weekend of the festival, the many bands and music groups, the many delicious catering options - and of course, last but not least, the opportunity to get an overview of the wines from the growing region.
