The approved agreement calls to commemorate this day to honor the men and women of the Bolivarian Militia, the fighting corps that on April 13, 2002 together with the patriotic soldiers was able to defeat the coup d'etat that they believe was organized by the U.S. Empire and right sectors against the Bolivarian Revolution.
This document calls the authorities, public administration workers, private institutions, all members of committees, foundations, associations, movements and social organizations to join the celebration of the National Day of the Bolivarian Militia.
