December 11 is celebrated as the national day of the announcer, to recognize those professionals who, making the proper use of their voice, have the exemplary work of directing the microphones with ethics and truthfulness.
Many are the voices that are heard throughout the day through the radio; where each professional has the responsibility to express in an understandable, adequate and immediate language, what the listener requires at that moment. Since 1998, this day has been decreed to recognize Renny Ottolina as one of the best broadcasters in Venezuela and in various parts of the world.
