Taxonomy is the branch of science that deals with the study of principle and procedures of classification. The general meaning of “taxonomy” is classification. The term "taxonomy" was first proposed in 1813 by Augustin Decandole, who was engaged in the classification of plants, and was originally used only in biology. There are many people those who following Taxonomy and in modern world they don't want to use computers. Most of taxonomic work was done by one or two people. A taxonomy is one means of classification, but there are others. Taxonomies are treelike and hierarchical.
