Today, January 26, we honor each of the professionals in this field and wish them success in their precise and structured profession.
Panama commemorates every January 26th the Day of the Engineer to honor all these professionals who have contributed to the development and construction of the country through their knowledge and creativity in a day full of activities.
On a day like today in 1959, Law 15 was passed, creating the Technical Board of Engineering and Architecture. Today, on its anniversary, the panorama of Panama City is completely different thanks to institutions such as the Panamanian Society of Engineers and Architects and the College of Civil Engineers, among others, and to all the professionals who work there.
