The Hof Volksfest is an annual event that takes place at the end of July or beginning of August on the Volksfestplatz in Hof and lasts ten days. It is the largest folk festival in the region and has the slogan "Do triffst fei alla!".
The most popular attractions at the Hof Volksfest are varied and offer something for every taste: from classic carousels to exciting roller coasters. Popular attractions include the Ferris wheel, the ghost train and the bumper cars.
Beer tents: The beer tents are a central attraction at the Volksfest. Here you can enjoy traditional Bavarian beer, dance to live music and experience the convivial atmosphere.
Culinary stalls: From bratwurst and pretzels to sweet treats such as roasted almonds, there is a wide range of culinary offerings at the Volksfest.
Live music: Various bands and artists perform in the beer gardens and festival tents. The music creates a good atmosphere and invites you to dance.
