Doktorsee in Flammen is a spectacular event at Doktorsee in Rinteln that has been delighting young and old for over 40 years. Fireworks on the water: The impressive fireworks display over the lake is an absolute highlight. It attracts visitors from Rinteln and the surrounding area and is well known beyond the city limits. There is plenty of music and entertainment during the event.
Summer festival at the bathing and recreation beach: Depending on the weather, Doktorsee in Flammen attracts thousands of visitors. It is a big summer festival with fireworks and lots of music.
The Doktorsee itself is a camping and leisure park in the Weserbergland region. Among other things, it offers a beach, water slides, pedal boats, mini golf, sauna and restaurants. You can also rent vacation homes, lodges, chalets and caravans there.
