The Beckinger Schmaus is a well-known two-day folk festival that is celebrated on the 3rd weekend in August on the Alois-Jacobs-Platz in front of the town hall in Beckingen. This annual event began in 1985 and is organized by the association under the direction of Peter Zenner, offering a varied entertainment programme and a wide selection of food and drink.

The festival opens with the traditional tapping of the barrel. Sunday program: The Vereinigte Blasmusik Beckingen will give a morning concert. An entertaining children's program with face painting, soccer darts and a bouncy castle awaits the younger festival visitors.
