The Stuttgart Spring Festival or Stuttgarter Frühlingsfest is an annual celebration that takes place from mid-April to early May in Stuttgart, Germany. Stuttgarter Frühlingsfest is kicked off by the mayor of the city when he opens a beer barrel. The festival takes place on the Cannstatter Wasen in Bad Cannstatt. The Stuttgart Spring Festival is famous for its rides, including the 47-meter-long Ferris wheel and a giant roller coaster. The festival attracts more than 1.6 million visitors for 23 days.
Access to the tents is free of charge at all times, but they can be closed as soon as the maximum occupancy is reached. Reservations must be made directly with the festival hosts. Of course, in addition to the rides and the tents with their program items, the spring festival will once again feature the grocer's market.
