Mainz-Dreis is a township in the western part of Mainz. The village was a suburb of the city of Mainz in 1969 and is now its smallest part, with just over 3,000 permanent residents.
Draiser Kerb, the biggest folk festival in the smallest district of Mainz. From Friday to Sunday, the village square in Mainz-Drais is open for the Kerbe with many performances (dancing, music).
Kerb in Drais is pure joie de vivre. The festival is primarily organized for the people of the village. Lively Kerb with stage performances.
Drais Kerb: cozy, always well attended, local clubs instead of external showmen, no stress makers on the road (because Drais). A really nice festival; and has been for decades.
