The Patronal Feast of the Lord of Miracles (La Fiesta Patronal del Señor de los Milagros) is celebrated in San Pedro de los Milagros on May 3rd. This parish was born to the ecclesiastical life on January 16, 1758 and was entrusted to the patronage of St. Peter, Prince of the Apostles.
These festivities are of great importance for the community of Sampedra, not only because of the influx of faithful from all over the region who manifest their faith in Christ Crucified, but also because of its tradition and antiquity. The festivities are religious in nature and are attended by locals and visitors, and are conducive to the reunion of families who for some reason have been absent from the municipality.
