The Confederación Sindical de Trabajadores en Construcción de Bolivia (Bolivian Construction Workers' Union Confederation) is the parent entity that unites all construction workers, to which the nine departmental federations belong.
Supreme Decree No. 04018 of April 14, 1955 declares April 26th of each year as "Construction Workers Day" (Día del Obrero Constructor). The Minister of State in the Office of Labor and Social Welfare is in charge of the execution and compliance of this Decree.
