Every year the Day of the Peruvian Economist is celebrated, every April 8, tribute is paid to this profession so much in demand in the national territory and for all areas of life. This day was established by former President Fernando Belaunde Terry in 1965, through the approval of Law No. 15488, commemorating the Day of the Economist.
