The Paraguayan Center of Engineers (El Centro Paraguayo de Ingenieros) was formed on July 23, 1939, in a meeting that took place in the office of the then Minister of Economy, Ing. José Bozzano. From their portal, they assure that the engineers' union was the one that was organized the earliest and sought its association.
Since then, the vision of its members is to be a national benchmark in aspects related to engineering, with a view to meeting the millennium goals and, at the same time, safeguarding the interests of the member. Likewise, the mission from the beginning was to consolidate a union of integrity, strong and proactive, that promotes the integral formation of the engineer with emphasis on the technological, ethical, civic and economic.
