On February 22, 1989, VSS held a public event for human; there is a certain value in being there, not crime victims in Stockholm This was supposed to be a one-time event; however, at VSS’s annual meeting shortly afterward, Lagerbäck suggested that it should be an annual Getting Victims on the Agenda: 1988–89 event (Motion, March 6, 1989).
