Emden Shooting Festival

The Emden Shooting Festival is a traditional folk festival in the seaport town of Emden that has been delighting visitors for many years. It is one of the oldest and most important traditional festivals in the city and combines a colorful mix of traditional marksmen's sports, a varied entertainment program, exciting rides and delicious culinary specialties.
Funfair: The shooting festival also includes a large funfair with over 60 fairground rides that form a veritable mile of fun. There is a wide range of rides, games and treats on offer at the fair, with something for every age group.
The Monday of the fair is traditionally known as Family Day, when reduced prices are offered for many attractions.
