In 2600 BC, Hesy-Ra, a prominent figure in Ancient Egypt under Pharaoh Djoser, became the earliest recorded dentist, holding the title of Chief of Dentist. Fast forward to 1530, when Germany saw the publication of "The Little Medicinal Book for All Kinds of Diseases and Infirmities of the Teeth" (Artzney Buchlein), marking the inception of dentistry literature.
