Ocotepec is a town located in the south-central region of Mexico, an old town in the municipality of Cuernavaca, in the state of Morelos.
Malinalco, is located south of the city of Toluca de Lerdo and 52 km from the city of Cuernavaca. In terms of travel time, it is one hour from Mexico City from the Mexico-Toluca toll booth via La Marquesa. This municipality is also a magical town in the State of Mexico.
During the first week of August, the feast of the Divine Salvador, patron saint of Malinalco and Ocotepec, is celebrated here.
