International Fascination of Plants Day is held on May 18. This event in the second decade of the month May is annual. Help us
International Plant Fascination Day has been celebrated on May 18 since 2012 and is coordinated by the European Plant Science Organization (EPSO), in order to recognize their importance.
The aim is to learn about the role of plants in the conservation of the environment and to recognize their importance in our lives, to get people fascinated by plants and excited about the importance of plant science, whether for agriculture and sustainable food production, as well as for horticulture, forestry and products such as paper, wood, energy and pharmaceuticals.
