This Franciscan monk lived in the 15th century and is the main saint of the city since 1746 for his miracles and for a life dedicated to the most needy.
San Pedro Regalado was a Franciscan monk who was born in a house on Platerías Street in Valladolid in 1390, and was baptized in the church of El Salvador. In his birthplace, a plaque, which was placed in 1897, reads: "San Pedro Regalado, this great saint, honor of Catholic Spain and glory of Valladolid, was born here in 1390. He died in the peace of the Lord on March 30, 1456."
