The Association for the Search of Disappeared Girls and Boys recognizes the victims of the forced disappearance of boys and girls during the armed conflict in El Salvador, recalling that this crime against humanity has caused deep wounds in hundreds of families who have relentlessly They keep looking for their sons and daughters…until they find them.
In 2007, the Salvadoran State was forced to decree March 29 as the Day of the Disappeared Child, a woman protest during the armed conflict, as a result of one of the recommendations issued in the Serrano Cruz Judgment by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
