Civil Servant Day in El Salvador

Public Employee: Natural person who provides services, paid or ad-honorem, permanent or temporary in the public administration and who act by order or delegation of the official or hierarchical superior, within the powers established in his position. That the State institutions have public servants who have the attributes of merit, capacity, dedication to service, efficiency in the performance of their function, responsibility, honesty and respect for democratic principles and values, are the most important elements to ensure the sustainable development of a country.
