National Sports Day in Qatar is held on February 11. The second Tuesday of each February. This event in the second decade of the month February is annual.

In 2011, Resolution No. 80 of the Emir of the State of Qatar was adopted, which defined the modalities of Qatar's celebration of this sports day, specifying that its date must coincide with the second Tuesday of each February and promoting the participation of Qatari citizens (inside and outside the country), encouraging them to exercise physical activity, both with family members and with work colleagues.
