To celebrate Trade Day, peace bands, clowns, chichimecos, queens of the different markets and the mayor of the capital, go out to parade from nine in the morning. After agreement between merchants and shopkeepers, commerce in Salvador will work on the Trade Day.
In the morning the "Commerce Parade" (Desfile del Comercio) is held, another of the great activities of the festivities. It is an act promoted by the Government of San Salvador with the support of merchants and companies. Thousands of attendees enjoy the color of the market floats, the blackjacks, peace bands and the products offered in the streets.
We congratulate all those national merchants and buyers who day by day help our economy flow and keep reaching every home in our country.
