Hurricane Supplication Day in US Virgin Islands is held on July 27. Established to pray to be spared from hurricanes. No longer a paid holiday. Fourth Monday in July. This event in the third decade of the month july is annual.
Opening of the Festival Village in St. Croix on December 23 (The event starts 10 days before the first Saturday of January);
Children’s Parade in St. Croix on January 1 (According to USVI law, the St Croix Festival / Carnival parades must be held on the 1st Friday and Saturday of the New Year);
Adult Parade in St. Croix on January 2 (held on the first Saturday in January);
International Flag Fete in U.S.V.I on January 4 (St. Croix Crucian Christmas Festival / Carnival);
Presidents' Day on February 21 (USA, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands USA, Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
