Z Day

Z Day is held on January 1. People whose first or last name start with the letter Z must have it pretty rough. Most processes, systems and organizations use alphabetical sorting as standard, meaning they are always last no matter the place or occasion. This event in the first decade of the month January is annual. Help us Help us
1 January - Z Day
January 1st is officially known as National Hangover Day as well as Z Day. On this first day of the year it seems fitting to let the last letter of the alphabet shine.
It's a day when the alphabetical order is reversed, and those whose names begin with the letter Z come first in all matters of alphabet sequence. How many people is that? Well, more than you might think. If your name is always called out last on the register because it starts with Z, today it's going to be the other way around.
