Established by the Japan Sports & Body Meister Association, which has a secretariat in Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo, and is known as a training school for body and mind specialists.

The purpose is to regain the original sense of human beings by living barefoot or running barefoot, and to spread activities to get healthy.
