Donatus May Fair in Euskirchen

The Donatus May Fair in Euskirchen is a lively folk festival that begins every year on the Friday of the second week of May. The mayor traditionally opens the fair with a ceremonial barrel tapping. Over the years, this event has established itself as one of the largest public festivals in the city center on the left bank of the Rhine and stretches from the Alter Markt to Charleviller Platz.
