The Nastätter Oktobermarkt is a folk festival with a long tradition, which takes place every year on the fourth weekend in October. It is the town's largest market and attracts visitors from all over the region.
A colorful hustle and bustle of market stalls with a variety of goods, rides and attractions for young and old awaits visitors. On the opening evening, there is an atmospheric torchlight procession through the town, followed by the traditional barrel tapping on the market square. Various music bands and artists provide entertainment on the central square on all days of the October market.
