The Grebensteiner Vieh- und Jahrmarkt is a traditional folk festival in Grebenstein, Hesse, Germany.
The cattle and fair has a long tradition. From 1875 to 1933, the big fair was celebrated in the Sauertal. Since 1948, it has been succeeded by the cattle and funfair, which takes place every year on the second weekend in July from Friday to Monday.
It is the largest folk festival in Grebenstein and attracts visitors from the region. There is a large modern amusement park and admission to the fairground is free.
Program: The festival includes a marquee, stalls, rides, music and a large parade.
Visitors can enjoy the atmosphere, taste traditional food and take part in various activities.
