The Hexentanz Festival has been one of Germany's most popular open air festivals for some time now and enjoys cult status in the scene.
For more than ten years, the Hexentanz Festival in the tranquil Saarland region has been an absolute must for rock and medieval fans during the open-air season. Not only do music lovers of the metal, medieval, NDH, folk and gothic rock genres get their money's worth here, but the family atmosphere also delights visitors anew every year.
The Hexentanz Festival has been held on the grounds of the leisure center/Bosarium between the Bosen campsite and Lake Bostal since 2007.
In addition to the Witches' Dance Festival, the X-Mas Witches' Dance takes place every winter. In addition, the Walpurgis Battle regularly takes place one day before the Witches' Dance Festival (usually on April 30th, Walpurgis Night) - this has become an integral part of the entire event in recent years. A medieval market takes place at the same time on the grounds of the Witches' Dance Festival.
Visitors can once again look forward to top-class bands.
