The Rockharz takes place every year in the 27th calendar week in Ballenstedt near Göttingen (DE). The festival site is located in the midst of unique nature. It is surrounded by a foothill of the legendary "Harz Devil's Wall" and offers a far-reaching view as far as the "Brocken", the highest mountain in the Harz. Overall, the site is large enough for a good party, but also manageable enough for a cozy and informal atmosphere. The campground is located right next to the infield.
On four festival days, over 50 bands will play for you on two open-air stages of equal quality.
