Seniors' Summer Festival in Mainz is held on September 6. This event in the first decade of the month September is annual.

From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., visitors will be offered a large, colorful entertainment program with numerous stage activities. There will also be a wide range of information on the topics of health, care, living in old age and central prevention. Many different institutions, associations and self-help groups will be on site.
The festival is organized by the Contact and Information Centre for Self-Help in cooperation with the City of Mainz's Senior Citizens' Advisory Council and the senior citizens' magazine "conSens".
