The "Wine Festival in the Village" has traditionally been held in the Mainz district of Ebersheim on the second weekend in July since 1989. "Open the gates!" is the motto of the Ebersheim winegrowers. Great wines, delicious food and an entertaining supporting program await visitors.
The Mainz Wine Market always takes place in Mainz City Park on the last weekend in August and the first weekend in September. We recommend that you travel to and from the market by public transport or on foot.
