The purpose of Girls' Day is to get girls more interested in new occupational fields that deviate from traditionally female job profiles and offer more opportunities for the future. The aim of Girls' Day is to introduce girls to professions in the fields of IT, trades, natural sciences and technology. At Boys'Day, boys can get a taste of various careers in health, nursing, education, social professions and services.
The young people not only expand their range of career and study choices and get to know their individual strengths "among themselves".
