This event comes hand in hand with the great recognition granted by the National Youth Award, which recognizes and promotes young Dominicans who contribute day by day to the sustainable development of the country.
On January 31 of each year the National Youth Day is celebrated in our country, in honor of St. John Bosco (1815-1888), the so-called Father and Teacher of Youth, the Italian Catholic priest, educator and writer who dedicated his life to the improvement and education of young people in the streets.
