Recently ALCYTA (Spanish Association of Graduates, Doctors and Graduates in Science and Technology) has launched the celebration of the National Food Safety Day (Día Nacional de la Seguridad Alimentaria or DNSA).
The main reason for celebrating the DNSA is that citizens have and understand in a colloquial and enjoyable way the information that comes to them every day by different ways about food processes, standards, recommendations or scientific aspects related to safety and quality in food.
