Festival of Spanish Municipalities

These celebrations usually include religious acts such as a solemn service, and profane celebrations that take place in the streets of the locality, such as parades, concerts, dances, festivals, fairs, children's games, bullfights and mechanical games.

A patronal feast is a set of solemnities with which a population -they can be neighborhoods, in the case of big cities- annually celebrates the date of its patron saint. It is a tradition essentially implanted in countries of Hispanic culture. In Spain in the area of this type of celebrations are usually known as "fiestas mayores". In addition, these celebrations are representative of each of their cultures.
