The National Day of the Nicaraguan Public Accountant is celebrated on April 14, in commemoration of the Foundation of the College of Public Accountants, in other environments it is assumed as a day of celebration on May 17, Day of the Accountant of the Americas.
The College of Public Accountants of Nicaragua was created by Executive Decree No. 6 of April 14, 1959, published in the Official Gazette No. 94 of April 30, 1959.
