National Asian & Pacific Islander HIV/AIDS Awareness Day
National Asian & Pacific Islander HIV/AIDS Awareness Day is held on May 19. United States. This event in the second decade of the month May is annual.
It is founded by the Banyan Tree Project , NAPIHAAD educates the public about the impact of HIV stigma among Asian and Pacific Islander people. This observance, led by the San Francisco Community Health Center, raises awareness of the impact of HIV and AIDS, risk, and stigma surrounding HIV in the Asian Pacific Islander community.
