The Pirate Action Open Air Theatre in Grevesmühlen is an exciting open-air theater specializing in pirate adventures. Travel to the Caribbean of the 18th century, to this beautiful, colorful, yet equally dangerous world full of adventure, romance and unique characters.
The Pirate Action Open Air Theater is located at the entrance to Grevesmühlen coming from the A20. The theater opened its doors in 2007 on the former wasteland between the Schweriner Landstraße and the L3 from Upahl to Grevesmühlen and has been continuously expanded since then.
The picturesque grounds of over 70,000 square meters include generous free parking spaces directly in front of the theater, a unique marketplace to linger and enjoy with Germany's only true pirate tavern "Zur Schatzinsel", grandstand seating for more than 3,000 spectators, its own lake and the commercial areas with workshops, stables and pastures.
