Imagine waking up to a day that celebrated the excitement and opportunity of the tiniest Texans. In 2019, First3Years launched Baby Day, the only statewide celebration of the first three years, when early experiences shape lifelong potential.
Parents have the greatest impact on their child’s development. The better we can connect and provide parents with support, resources, and guidance, the greater the positive impact we have on children.
